I had a mould problem in my bedroom. The Project Manager, Matt, was very responsive and came the same day I called. He explained everything and was very kind. He sent me quotes in a timely manner. We also consulted with Justin, a very knowledgeable and experienced mould remediator as well to get more information and his recommendations of where to explore for mould. That was very reassuring.

This review is long overdue. I have since moved from the house that Paul Davis repaired that was damaged by fire originating from the neighbors house. But i feel that I should share my exceptional experience with them.
Right from first contact, Ken (General Manager) was very quick to explain what was going to happen and help put our minds at ease in this very stressful situation. After that, John (project manager), got the ball rolling and everything happened quickly considering the state of Winnipeg during the pandemic. I was surprised at how little i had to do in the process. All I had to do basically was just wait for the trades to come rolling in and do their thing. Considering there was a province wide delay on materials and such, John was still able to get trades in in a timely manner and helped us get our house ready to put it on the market. Paul Davis only used the best trades companies, no cutting corners. I was very pleased with all the repairs that was done.
Anyways, thanks John and Ken for making a stressful situation less stressful for me and my family. Will definitely use you guys again for any emergency services.

They were originally assigned to me by the insurance company to deal with a plumbing leak and a damaged ceiling, but they were so professional and quick that I hired them to do an out-of-pocket restoration of my living room ceiling. Ken was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and handled the whole job -- making sure it was done promptly and professionally. And the cost was extremely reasonable! What started as a fix it yourself turned into every home owners nightmare. Black mould everywhere. I called them and they came in the next day removed everything, and made my basement safe again. They turned a terrible situation into a great situation. I know it won't come back and I can now sleep knowing it was done properly. I would recommend them 100% to everyone! Ask for Ken he made our nightmare disappear with zero hassle. And straight up front promises and quote and he completely went above and beyond.
